“…So, last week was spent recovering from a minor surgery.  I was put under using a general anesthetic, so the first thing I did was use Theta Healing to clear Free Floating Memories after I came out of the surgery.

Free Floating Memories are like “imposed” belief systems that can come into your subconscious mind during states of unconsciousness.  Things that people say around you when you’re unconscious, can sometimes become impressions in your subconscious mind, and can be triggered when the Free Floating Memories came into your mind.  You may then start reacting based on these Free Floating Memories – which really aren’t part of you or your belief systems in the first place, so it’s always a good thing to clear them out before they cause havoc.

During my recovery there were moments when I would have shooting pain in the area of my body that the surgery was.  I would immediately go up and connect to Creator and before I could even make the command for the pain to be gone, it would be.  I’ve noticed for myself that if I’m in any kind of physical pain, as soon as I connect to Creator in a Theta brainwave, my pain is either instantly gone or significantly reduced.  The first time this happened to me was in my early days of Theta Healing, just after I had completed my Advanced course.  One night I woke in the middle of the night to a stabbing pain on the right hand side of my jaw.  It was unbearable and came completely out of the blue.  I was in tears from the pain and the only thing I could think of to do was to go into a Theta brainwave and connect to Creator to command the pain to go.  Because the pain was so intense it took me a moment to actually connect properly, but once I did the pain immediately subsided.  It wasn’t completely gone, but just through the connection alone, the pain had subsided to a dull ache.  I was absolutely fascinated by this as I hadn’t experienced any kind of physical healing on myself at this point.  Because I was still very new to Theta at this point, I didn’t really know what kind of command to make  for what I was experiencing, because I didn’t know the cause of the pain, so I think I made 5 different commands or so (which took me a couple of minutes to state & witness), and by the end of those couple of minutes all of my pain was completely gone & I went back to sleep!

Theta has become so natural for me that I use it every day in my life and usually I don’t end up remembering what I used it on because it’s just an automatic thing that I do now.  Today, I sent unconditional love to a good friend of mine in Canada who was writing a final exam.  He was nervous that he wasn’t prepared enough to get a good grade, so I took 45 seconds out of my afternoon to connect to his energy and send unconditional love to him with the intention that if he’s open and willing to receive the healing, that he will, and the unconditional love will do what is needed for him in the highest and best way.  I spoke with him after he wrote the test and he feels really good about it and thinks he did well enough to get an ‘A’ grade!

There are so many things that we can use Theta for on a daily basis to make a positive difference in our lives and the lives of others.  I feel truly blessed to have an amazing tool that I respect & honour and I also love how Theta empowers us to realise that we have the gift of being a co-creator in this life.  With that knowledge we are able to realise that anything is possible and we have infinite possibilities to explore & experience!…”

Back by popular demand, Errol has revived the ‘Neal’s Yard’ Theta Healing meditations (although now held at the Columbia Hotel to accommodate growing numbers). Having recently completed Disease and Disorder, and DNA3 with Vianna in Idaho last month, Errol is back with supercharged guided meditations that are crafted to turbo-power your spiritual journey… and they really do!

Working slowly and diligently through each of the chakras, Errol intuitively responded to the needs of the group. The result was an extremely profound and tailor-made healing combined with the relaxing expansiveness of meditation. This evening was as good as, if not better than, a one-to-one session! Not only are needs met on an individual level, but they are also dealt with on a group level so we received a phenomenally profound healing that met us above and beyond our expectations!

This summer, Kris visited the Congo for the first Love Healing Africa charity trip. Her experiences in the women’s refugee camps have profoundly influenced her Theta Healing practice. Inspired by the Congolese women’s faith, and their unfaltering acceptance of the instantaneous healings that Theta facilitates, Kris has a renewed enthusiasm for the huge potential for positive influence that Theta Healing has on both an individual and a group level.

Having aligned and harmonized our endocrine systems and corresponding chakras, and balanced the left and right hemispheres of the brain, Kris facilitated an incredible healing on all levels of our beings. The healings resonated with every single one of us, both individually and as a group. With sense of complete equilibrium, Kris guided us to clear, release, allow and witness healings on the deepest levels of our beings.

These healing evenings are such a beautiful way to connect with some incredible people, as well as receiving a profound healing! No prior knowledge of Theta Healing is necessary.
